Your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your request/project application, contacting you, carrying out proposal and information processes, improving service quality, fulfilling legal obligations, and providing information to authorized public institutions and organizations upon request.
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact/project request form on our website. Your data is processed based on the legal grounds of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "the legitimate interest of the data controller", and, where necessary, "the existence of your explicit consent" under KVKK Art. 5/2.
Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with our suppliers from whom we receive server/hosting and email communication services, and with public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request it, in accordance with the conditions set out in KVKK. Your data is not transferred abroad.
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and, subject to the statute of limitations periods stipulated in the relevant legislation, for a reasonable period following the conclusion of your request; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly,
• Request its deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK,
• Request that correction/deletion actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in the event you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
You can submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with documents verifying your identity, via email to info@novapeyzajmimarlik.com or in writing to our address stated above. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
